Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Salt and pepper to taste

1 can (8 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough

2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until well incorporated.

Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a round disc using your hands or a rolling pin.

Take an adequate amount of the beef mixture (about 1 tablespoon) and place it in the center of the flattened biscuit. Gather the edges of the biscuit dough and pinch them securely to seal the filling inside.

Place the stuffed biscuits seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

Brush the tops of the cheeseburger bombs with melted butter to ensure they get golden brown while baking.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until the biscuit dough is golden and cooked through.

Once baked, remove from the oven and let cool for a couple of minutes. Brush with additional melted butter and sprinkle with chopped parsley for garnish.
