Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 package (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

1 tablespoon olive oil (for brushing)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned, about 6-8 minutes. Drain excess grease.

Add the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to the beef; mix thoroughly. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

Once the beef is cool, mix in the cheddar and mozzarella cheeses until well combined.

Open the biscuit dough package and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit with your hands to create a small circle.

Place a tablespoon of the beef and cheese mixture in the center of each flattened biscuit, then fold the edges around the filling, pinching to seal tightly.

Place the sealed bombs seam-side down onto the prepared baking sheet.

Brush each bomb with olive oil and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley.

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 30 minutes | Servings: 8 pieces
