Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 clove garlic, minced

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon salt

1 package (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough

2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Optional: pickles or sliced jalapeños for serving

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well blended.

Form the beef mixture into small meatballs (about 1 inch each) and place them on a plate.

In another bowl, mix together the cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese. Set aside.

Open the package of biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a circle about 4 inches in diameter.

Place a meatball in the center of each biscuit circle, then add a spoonful of the cheese mixture on top of the meatball.

Fold the edges of the biscuit dough over the meat and cheese, pinching it tightly to seal and form a ball.

Place the cheeseburger bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

Brush the melted butter on top of each bomb and sprinkle with additional garlic powder if desired.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the biscuit dough is golden brown and cooked through.

Once baked, remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.

Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot with pickles or sliced jalapeños on the side if desired.
