Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

6 ounces cheese (cheddar or American, cut into small cubes)

1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)

2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

1 teaspoon garlic, minced

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until fully combined.

Take about 2 tablespoons of the beef mixture and flatten it in your hand. Place a cube of cheese in the center and wrap the beef around it, forming a ball. Repeat with the remaining ground beef and cheese. You should have about 8 meatballs.

Open the can of biscuit dough and separate each biscuit. Flatten each biscuit with your hands and place a meatball in the center. Fold the edges of the biscuit around the meatball and pinch to seal.

Place the sealed biscuit bombs on the prepared baking sheet, seam side down.

In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, and grated Parmesan cheese. Brush this mixture generously on top of each biscuit bomb.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through. The internal temperature of the meatballs should reach 160°F (70°C).

Once done, remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
