Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon dried oregano

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tube (13.8 oz) refrigerated pizza dough

2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare the Beef Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

Roll Out the Dough: Open the tube of pizza dough and unroll it on a clean surface. Cut the dough into 12 equal squares, approximately 3x3 inches each.

Assemble the Bombs: For each square of pizza dough, place about 1 tablespoon of the beef mixture in the center. Gather the corners of the dough together and pinch to seal. Ensure the beef mixture is completely enclosed in the dough.

Prepare for Baking: Place the sealed cheeseburger bombs on the prepared baking sheet, seam side down. Brush the tops with melted butter, then sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and cooked through.

Garnish and Serve: Once out of the oven, sprinkle the tops with freshly chopped parsley for a pop of color and flavor. Let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
