4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup breadcrumbs (preferably Italian seasoned)

4 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

1/3 cup olive oil

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

    In a medium bowl, mix together the grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, chopped parsley, paprika, salt, and black pepper until combined.

      In another bowl, pour the olive oil.

        Dip each chicken breast first into the olive oil, ensuring it is fully coated.

          Then, coat the chicken breast in the Parmesan and breadcrumb mixture, pressing down to ensure the coating sticks well.

            Place the coated chicken breasts on a greased baking sheet or a baking dish.

              Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is golden and crispy.
