Ingredients

1 can (8 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

1/4 cup melted unsalted butter

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Marinara sauce for dipping (optional)

Pinch of salt

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare the Biscuit Dough: Carefully open the can of biscuit dough and separate the individual biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a round disc using your hands or a rolling pin.

Add Cheese Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and a pinch of salt. Take about 1 tablespoon of the cheese mixture and place it in the center of each flattened biscuit.

Form the Bombs: Gather the edges of the biscuit dough around the cheese filling, pinching the top to seal it tightly. Make sure there are no openings, so the cheese doesn’t ooze out during baking.

Coat with Butter: Once all biscuit bombs are formed, dip each one in melted butter and then place them on the prepared baking sheet. Leave some space between each biscuit bomb.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the biscuit bombs are golden brown and puffed up.

Garnish: If desired, brush the tops with remaining melted butter and sprinkle chopped parsley over them for garnish.

Serve: Allow to cool slightly before serving. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
