Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked shredded chicken and Greek yogurt. Stir well until the chicken is evenly coated.
Add the finely chopped celery, red onion, cucumber, dill, and lemon juice to the bowl. Mix everything together until fully combined.
Season the mixture with salt and pepper to your taste, making sure to balance the flavors.
Lay out the whole wheat wraps on a clean surface. If desired, place some lettuce leaves and tomato slices on each wrap.
Spoon an appropriate amount of the chicken salad mixture onto the center of each wrap, ensuring there's enough room at the edges for folding.
Carefully fold in the sides of the wrap, then roll it from the bottom up, tucking it tightly as you go to secure the filling.
Repeat the process with the remaining wraps and filling.
Cut each wrap in half diagonally and serve immediately or wrap in foil for an on-the-go meal.
Notes
Arrange the wraps on a platter with extra dill sprigs as garnish and serve with a side of fresh fruit or vegetable sticks for a colorful plate.
