Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

4 large flour tortillas

1 large tomato, sliced

1 cup shredded lettuce

Pickles, sliced

Ketchup and mustard, for serving

Olive oil for grilling

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

Shape the beef mixture into four equal patties, about 1/4 inch thick.

Preheat a grill or grilling pan over medium-high heat. Lightly brush it with olive oil to prevent sticking.

Grill the beef patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked to your desired doneness. During the last minute of cooking, sprinkle the cheddar cheese on top of the patties and cover briefly to melt the cheese.

While the patties are grilling, warm the tortillas slightly in a separate pan or in the microwave to make them more pliable.

To assemble the wraps, place one cheesy patty in the center of each tortilla. Top with sliced tomato, shredded lettuce, and pickles. Drizzle with ketchup and mustard to taste.

Fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll it up tightly to form a wrap.

If you like your wraps crispy, return the wrapped burgers to the grill or pan and grill for an additional 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Slice the wraps in half diagonally and serve warm.
