To make grilled cheeseburger wraps, start with essential ingredients. You need 1 pound of ground beef. I suggest using an 80/20 blend for the best flavor. Next, grab 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese. This will melt nicely on the beef. You also need 4 large tortillas. Whole wheat or flour works well.

Ingredients

1 pound ground beef (80/20 blend)

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup romaine lettuce, shredded

1 tomato, diced

1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped

1/4 cup pickles, diced

4 large tortillas (whole wheat or flour)

3 tablespoons mayonnaise

2 tablespoons ketchup

1 tablespoon mustard

Salt and pepper to taste

Olive oil for grilling

Instructions

Preheat the Grill: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. If using a grill pan, heat it on the stove with a little olive oil.

Prepare the Beef: In a mixing bowl, season the ground beef with salt and pepper. Shape it into four equal patties.

Grill the Patties: Place the patties on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness. During the last minute of cooking, place shredded cheddar cheese on top of each patty to melt.

Prepare the Tortillas: While the patties are grilling, lay out the tortillas on a clean surface. Spread mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard evenly over each tortilla.

Assemble the Wraps: Once the patties are cooked, layer each patty on a tortilla. Top each patty with shredded lettuce, diced tomato, red onion, and pickles.

Wrap It Up: Carefully fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll the tortilla from the bottom up to completely encase the filling.

Grill the Wraps: Lightly brush the outside of each wrapped tortilla with olive oil. Place the wraps on the grill seam side down and cook for about 3-4 minutes, turning once, until golden and crispy.

Serve: Remove the wraps from the grill and allow to cool for a minute. Cut in half diagonally and serve warm.
