Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon dried dill

4 large flour tortillas (10-inch)

8 oz sliced ham

4 large dill pickles, drained and patted dry

Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and dried dill. Mix until smooth and well-combined.

Lay out one tortilla on a clean surface. Spread a generous layer of the cream cheese mixture evenly over the tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.

Evenly layer 2 oz of sliced ham on top of the cream cheese mixture.

Take one pickle and place it at the edge of the tortilla closest to you. Begin rolling the tortilla tightly around the pickle, ensuring the filling stays inside.

Once rolled, wrap it tightly in plastic wrap or parchment paper and place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to firm up. Repeat steps 2-5 with the remaining tortillas, cream cheese mixture, ham, and pickles.

After chilling, unwrap the rolls and use a sharp knife to slice them into 1-inch pinwheels.

Arrange the pinwheels on a serving platter, garnishing with fresh parsley if desired.
