Ingredients

1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon sesame oil

1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional for spice)

1 zucchini, sliced into half-moons

1 yellow bell pepper, diced

1 cup broccoli florets

2 green onions, chopped

Salt and pepper to taste

Cooked rice or noodles for serving

Instructions

Prepare the Marinade: In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, sesame oil, grated ginger, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes (if using). Add the shrimp and let it marinate for 15-20 minutes.

Preheat the Pan: Heat a large skillet or a flat-top grill over medium-high heat. Add the vegetable oil.

Sauté the Vegetables: Add the zucchini, bell pepper, and broccoli to the pan. Stir-fry for about 3-5 minutes until they are tender-crisp. Remove vegetables from the pan and set aside.

Cook the Shrimp: In the same pan, add the marinated shrimp. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they turn pink and opaque. Avoid overcrowding the pan; you may need to cook in batches.

Combine and Finish: Once the shrimp are cooked, return the vegetables back to the pan. Toss everything together and heat for an additional minute. Season with salt and pepper to taste and sprinkle with chopped green onions.

Serve: Serve the hibachi shrimp over cooked rice or noodles, garnished with additional green onions if desired.
