Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 medium onion, chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

3 medium potatoes, sliced thin

2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, corn, and peas)

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup

1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

½ cup beef broth

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Cook the Beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with the chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook until the beef is no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.

Layer the Ingredients: In a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, layer half of the sliced potatoes at the bottom. Next, spread the cooked beef mixture evenly over the potatoes, followed by half of the mixed vegetables.

Prepare the Sauce: In a bowl, mix together the cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper. Pour half of this mixture over the vegetables.

Repeat Layers: Add another layer of the remaining potatoes, followed by the remaining beef, mixed vegetables, and pour the rest of the soup mixture over the top.

Cheese It Up: Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly across the top layer.

Cover and Bake: Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes. Remove the foil and continue to bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the cheese is bubbly and golden.

Garnish: Once cooked, remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
