200g rice noodles

250g beef sirloin, thinly sliced

2 tablespoons hoisin sauce

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon sesame oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 thumb-sized piece of ginger, grated

1 red bell pepper, sliced

1 cup snap peas

3 green onions, sliced

Sesame seeds for garnish

Fresh cilantro for garnish

Prepare the Noodles: Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions. Once cooked, drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process. Set aside.

    Marinate the Beef: In a bowl, combine the sliced beef with hoisin sauce, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes to soak up the flavors.

      Sauté Aromatics: In a large pan or wok, heat a splash of oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, add minced garlic and grated ginger. Stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
