1/2 cup dried onion flakes

1/4 cup beef bouillon powder

2 tablespoons dried parsley

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon onion powder

1 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

1/2 teaspoon sugar

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for heat)

Instructions
 

In a mixing bowl, combine the dried onion flakes and beef bouillon powder.

    Add the dried parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and paprika to the mixture.

      Stir in the salt, thyme, sugar, and cayenne pepper (if using).

        Mix all the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.

          Transfer the homemade onion soup mix into an airtight container or a glass jar, and seal tightly.

            Store in a cool, dry place for up to 6 months.

              To use, mix 1/4 cup of this soup mix with 4 cups of water, simmer for 10 minutes, and enjoy!
