Ingredients

1 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons ketchup

1 tablespoon prepared horseradish (adjust to taste)

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: 1 tablespoon finely chopped chives or green onions for garnish

Instructions

In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, ketchup, and horseradish. Stir well until the mixture is smooth.

Add in the apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard into the bowl. Mix thoroughly to ensure all ingredients are well incorporated.

Sprinkle in the smoked paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder, adjusting the spices to your preference. Stir until fully blended.

Taste and season with salt and pepper as desired. If you prefer a tangier dressing, add a little more vinegar or horseradish.

If using, gently fold in the chopped chives or green onions for an extra touch of freshness.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or transfer the dressing into an airtight container. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Serve the dressing on salads, as a dipping sauce, or as a spread for sandwiches and burgers.
