Ingredients

10 small corn tortillas

½ cup olive oil

1 teaspoon sea salt

1 teaspoon chili powder

1 teaspoon lime zest

½ teaspoon garlic powder

Optional: fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

Stack the corn tortillas on a cutting board and cut them into quarters to create triangle-shaped pieces.

In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, sea salt, chili powder, lime zest, and garlic powder to create a zesty seasoning oil.

Place the tortilla triangles in a large bowl and pour the seasoning oil over them. Toss gently until all chips are evenly coated.

Spread the coated tortilla triangles in a single layer on the prepared baking sheets.

Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, flipping the chips halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.

Remove from the oven and allow the chips to cool slightly. Taste and sprinkle with additional sea salt if desired.

Optionally, garnish with freshly chopped cilantro for a fresh touch before serving.
