Ingredients

4 tilapia fillets

3 tablespoons honey

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 cup panko breadcrumbs

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Lemon wedges (for serving)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

Prepare the Honey Mustard Mixture: In a small bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, and olive oil until well combined.

Combine the Coating Ingredients: In a separate bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Coat the Tilapia: Place the tilapia fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Brush or spoon the honey mustard mixture evenly over each fillet.

Add the Crust: Sprinkle the panko breadcrumb mix generously over each coated fillet, pressing it lightly to adhere.

Bake: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork, and the crust is golden brown.

Serve: Once baked, remove from the oven, and garnish with chopped parsley. Serve with lemon wedges on the side for an extra zing.
