1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined

2 tablespoons honey

2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon lime juice

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon grated ginger

1 tablespoon sesame oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Chopped green onions and sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions
 

In a medium bowl, whisk together the honey, Sriracha sauce, soy sauce, lime juice, minced garlic, and grated ginger until well combined.

    Add the peeled and deveined shrimp to the bowl, ensuring they are evenly coated with the sauce. Marinate for 15-20 minutes.

      Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

        Once the oil is hot, add the marinated shrimp to the skillet in a single layer. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until the shrimp turn pink and are cooked through.

          Season with salt and pepper to taste.

            Remove from heat and transfer the shrimp to a serving dish.

              Drizzle any remaining sauce from the skillet over the shrimp.
