Ingredients

1 cup unsalted butter, softened

1 cup granulated sugar

1 cup brown sugar, packed

2 large eggs

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

3 cups all-purpose flour

1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 cup mini marshmallows

1/2 cup crushed graham crackers (for topping)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, cream together softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.

Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then blend in the vanilla extract.

In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.

Fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips and mini marshmallows until evenly distributed in the dough.

Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions of cookie dough and place them on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each.

Sprinkle crushed graham crackers over the top of each cookie dough ball for added texture and flavor.

Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are set but the centers are still soft.

Allow to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
