8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup sour cream

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup crumbled bacon (about 6-8 slices, cooked and crispy)

1/4 cup green onions, chopped (plus extra for garnish)

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

Tortilla chips or sliced baguette, for serving

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth and creamy.

Add in the corn kernels, shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, green onions, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.

Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish (about 8x8 inches).

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the dip is bubbly and slightly golden on top.

Once baked, remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with additional green onions.
