1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust for spice)

2 tablespoons olive oil

1/4 cup hot honey (store-bought or homemade)

2 cups cooked jasmine rice

1 cup steamed broccoli florets

1 cup shredded carrots

1 avocado, sliced

2 green onions, chopped

Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions
 

Preparation: Begin by cutting the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces. In a shallow bowl, mix together flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper.

    Coat the Chicken: Dredge each piece of chicken in the flour mixture, ensuring it is fully coated. Shake off any excess flour.

      Cook the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the coated chicken pieces in batches, cooking for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and fully cooked.

        Add Hot Honey: Reduce the heat to low, and drizzle half of the hot honey over the chicken. Quickly toss to coat evenly. Remove from heat and let the chicken soak in the flavors.
