Ingredients

1 pound salmon fillet, skinless and cubed into bite-sized pieces

1/4 cup honey

2 tablespoons sriracha sauce

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives or green onions for garnish

Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

In a bowl, combine honey, sriracha sauce, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well blended to make the hot honey marinade.

Add the cubed salmon to the marinade, ensuring all pieces are thoroughly coated. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes at room temperature for best flavor.

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray.

Arrange the marinated salmon bites in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. You can broil them for an additional 1-2 minutes for a crispy finish if desired.

Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh chives or green onions for garnish.

Serve hot with lemon wedges on the side for an extra burst of flavor.
