Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

8 slices of bacon, cooked and chopped

1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

1 cup lettuce, shredded

1 medium tomato, diced

½ cup pickles, chopped

1 avocado, sliced

4 large flour tortillas

½ cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons ketchup

2 tablespoons mustard

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until browned and fully cooked, about 8-10 minutes. Drain excess fat, season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard to create a special sauce. Set aside.

Lay one tortilla flat on a work surface. Spread a generous spoonful of the special sauce in the center of the tortilla.

Layer half the cooked ground beef, half the chopped bacon, a quarter of the shredded cheese, and some shredded lettuce, diced tomato, pickles, and avocado slices in the center of the tortilla.

Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll from the bottom up tightly to form a burrito. Repeat this process for the remaining tortillas.

For an added touch, you can lightly grill the burritos on a skillet or griddle for 2-3 minutes on each side to give them a crispy exterior.

Cut in half and serve immediately, with any extra toppings or the remaining special sauce on the side for dipping.

                Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 30 minutes | Servings: 4

                  - Presentation Tips: Serve the burritos on a large platter, garnished with extra avocado slices and a sprinkle of cheese. Accompany with chips and your favorite dipping sauce for a complete meal experience.
