Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

Salt and black pepper to taste

1 package refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

4 tablespoons melted butter

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.

Take one biscuit from the package and flatten it slightly in your palm. Spoon about a tablespoon of the cheeseburger mixture into the center of the biscuit.

Fold the edges of the biscuit over the filling to form a ball, ensuring that no filling leaks out. Repeat this process with the remaining biscuits and filling.

Place the cheeseburger bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter and grated Parmesan cheese. Brush this mixture generously over each cheeseburger bomb.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown.

Once out of the oven, allow them to cool for a few minutes before sprinkling with freshly chopped parsley for a pop of color.

                  Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 35 minutes | Servings: 8 bombs |

                    - Presentation Tips: Serve the Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs on a large platter, and include a small bowl of dipping sauce (like ketchup or ranch) for extra flavor. Garnish with extra parsley for added color.
