Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 tablespoon minced garlic

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

1 package refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

2 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl, combine the ground beef, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

Form the beef mixture into small meatballs, about the size of a golf ball. You should get approximately 8-10 meatballs.

In a separate bowl, mix the shredded cheddar cheese with the grated Parmesan cheese.

Flatten each biscuit dough piece into a round disc about 1/4 inch thick. Place a meatball in the center of each biscuit disc.

Top the meatball with a tablespoon of the cheese mixture.

Fold the edges of the biscuit dough over the meatball and cheese, pinching to seal tightly. Ensure there are no openings.

Place the bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with extra Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.

Allow to cool slightly before serving.
