Ingredients
  

12 cocktail sausages

1 sheet of puff pastry, thawed

1/4 cup honey

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 tablespoon sesame seeds

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Sea salt, to taste

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

    In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, Dijon mustard, and smoked paprika until well combined.

      Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut it into strips approximately 1 inch wide and 6 inches long.

        Take each cocktail sausage and wrap it in a piece of puff pastry, ensuring the edges overlap slightly. Trim any excess pastry as needed.

          Place each wrapped sausage on the prepared baking tray seam-side down.

            Brush the pastry with the beaten egg to give it a beautiful golden color when baked.

              Drizzle the honey mustard mixture over the asparagus certainly go for sweeter flavor and sprinkle with sesame seeds and a pinch of sea salt.

                Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the pastry is puffed and golden brown.

                  Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.
