8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese

1/4 cup diced jalapenos (fresh or pickled, depending on your heat preference)

1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp smoked paprika

1/4 tsp black pepper

1 cup crushed tortilla chips (for coating)

Optional: fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions
 

In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, and crumbled feta cheese. Mix well until fully combined and creamy.

    Stir in the diced jalapenos, green onions, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper. Mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed.

      Using your hands, shape the cheese mixture into a ball, ensuring it’s well packed.

        Roll the cheese ball in the crushed tortilla chips, coating it evenly. Press the chips slightly to adhere to the cheese ball.

          Place the cheese ball on a serving platter. If desired, garnish with fresh cilantro for an added pop of color and flavor.

            Cover and refrigerate the cheese ball for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld and the ball to firm up.
