8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup sour cream

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

1-2 fresh jalapeños, diced (adjust based on spice preference)

1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon (optional)

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream. Mix until smooth and well blended.

      Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, diced jalapeños, cooked bacon (if using), garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and salt and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

        Transfer the dip mixture to a greased oven-safe dish, spreading it out into an even layer.

          Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.

            Once done, remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.

              Garnish with fresh cilantro if desired and serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or sliced vegetables.
