Ingredients

2 cups broccoli florets

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, sliced into strips

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Begin by steaming the broccoli florets until they are tender but still bright green, about 3-4 minutes. Drain and set aside.

In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced chicken breast, season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Cook until the chicken is thoroughly cooked and starting to brown, about 6-8 minutes. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.

In the same pan, reduce the heat to low and pour in the heavy cream. Stir continuously until the cream is warm but not boiling.

Gradually add the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until the cheese has melted and the sauce is smooth. Add the Italian seasoning and mix well.

Return the cooked chicken and steamed broccoli to the pan. Toss everything together until the chicken and broccoli are coated with the creamy Alfredo sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to warm through.

Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
