1 pound kielbasa, sliced into 1/4-inch pieces

1 can (15 oz) black beans, rinsed and drained

1 can (15 oz) pinto beans, rinsed and drained

1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, rinsed and drained

1 medium onion, chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 green bell pepper, diced

1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained

1/4 cup barbecue sauce

2 tablespoons brown sugar

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon chili powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

In a large skillet over medium heat, add the sliced kielbasa. Cook for about 5 minutes until browned. Remove the kielbasa and set it aside.

    In the same skillet, add the chopped onion, diced bell pepper, and minced garlic. Sauté for about 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are softened.

      Stir in the canned diced tomatoes, black beans, pinto beans, kidney beans, barbecue sauce, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, chili powder, and the cooked kielbasa.

        Bring the mixture to a simmer, then reduce the heat to low and cover the skillet. Let it cook for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through and the flavors meld together.

          Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as desired.

            Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if using.
