Ingredients

1 package of King's Hawaiian Sweet Dinner Rolls (12 rolls)

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 cup coconut cream

1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained

1/4 cup shredded coconut, toasted

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Extra powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add the powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and coconut cream. Mix until well combined and creamy. Fold in the crushed pineapple and toasted shredded coconut.

Take the package of King's Hawaiian Sweet Dinner Rolls and carefully separate each roll. Using a rolling pin, gently flatten each piece to create a small rectangle.

Spoon a generous amount of the cheesecake mixture onto the center of each flattened roll. Fold the sides over the filling to create a small danish pocket. Pinch the edges to seal the filling inside.

Place the filled danishes seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops with the beaten egg for a golden finish.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

Once baked, let the danishes cool slightly. Dust with extra powdered sugar before serving.

                Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 35 minutes | Servings: 12

                  - Presentation Tips: Arrange the danishes on a decorative platter and garnish with a few pineapple slices or mint leaves for a pop of color. Enjoy warm or at room temperature!
