4 boneless chicken thighs

3 tablespoons olive oil

3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

Zest of 1 lemon

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Marinate the Chicken: In a medium bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, oregano, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until well blended.

    Prepare the Thighs: Add the boneless chicken thighs to the marinade and coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or up to overnight for maximum flavor).

      Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.

        Cook the Chicken: Remove the chicken thighs from the marinade, allowing excess marinade to drip off. Place them in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they are not overlapping.
