Ingredients

4 ears of fresh corn, husked and cleaned

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

Zest and juice of 1 large lemon

1 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, lemon zest, lemon juice, black pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and sea salt. Mix well to create a lemon-pepper butter.

Brush each ear of corn generously with the lemon-pepper butter, ensuring all surfaces are coated.

Wrap each ear of corn in aluminum foil, making sure it is tightly sealed to lock in moisture.

Place the wrapped corn directly on the grill and cook for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until the corn is tender and cooked through.

Carefully remove the corn from the grill and let it cool slightly before unwrapping.

Serve the corn on a platter, drizzled with any remaining lemon-pepper butter and garnished with freshly chopped parsley.
