Ingredients

1 package (14 oz) Little Smokies sausages

1 cup BBQ sauce (your favorite brand)

1/4 cup honey

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon hot sauce (optional, for heat)

1 cup bacon bits

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Toothpicks (for serving)

Instructions

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Prepare Glaze: In a medium bowl, mix together BBQ sauce, honey, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, and hot sauce (if using). Stir until well combined.

Coat Smokies: In a large mixing bowl, add the Little Smokies and pour half of the BBQ glaze over them. Toss until the sausages are well coated.

Arrange & Baconize: On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, arrange the coated Little Smokies. Sprinkle the bacon bits generously over them to create a delicious bacon layer.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, remove from the oven and brush with the remaining BBQ glaze.

Finish Baking: Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the Little Smokies are bubbling and heated through, and the bacon bits are crispy.

Garnish & Serve: Remove from the oven and let cool for a minute. Transfer the Smokies to a serving plate, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve with toothpicks for easy grabbing.

Enjoy: Perfect for parties, game days, or any gathering where you want to impress your guests with a delicious finger food.
