cooked chicken, shredded

black beans, rinsed and drained

shredded cheese (cheddar or a blend)

jalapeño, sliced (optional)

avocado, diced

pico de gallo

chili powder

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with olive oil, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well coated.
On a large baking sheet or oven-safe platter, spread out the tortilla chips evenly.
Evenly distribute the seasoned chicken across the chips.
Sprinkle the black beans and shredded cheese over the chicken and chips.
Add jalapeño slices on top if using.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Carefully remove from the oven and add diced avocado and pico de gallo on top.
Drizzle sour cream over the loaded nachos and garnish with fresh cilantro.
Serve immediately while still hot and gooey!
