Ingredients

2 ripe bananas, mashed

1/2 cup Greek yogurt

1/4 cup honey

1/4 cup melted coconut oil

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 cup whole wheat flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan with cooking spray or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, Greek yogurt, honey, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract. Mix well until smooth.

In another bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.

Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring gently until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.

Fold in the dark chocolate chips and chopped walnuts, if using.

Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread it evenly.

Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Once baked, remove from the oven and allow it to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Slice and serve once cooled. Enjoy your heavenly delight!
