8 slices of deli turkey breast

4 oz cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup cucumber, thinly sliced

1/2 cup bell pepper, thinly sliced (any color)

1/4 cup fresh spinach leaves

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh dill or parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, and Dijon mustard. Stir until well mixed. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

    Lay out a slice of turkey breast on a clean, flat surface. Spread a generous tablespoon of the cheese mixture over the turkey.

      Top the cream cheese layer with a few slices of cucumber, some bell pepper strips, and a couple of spinach leaves.

        Carefully roll the turkey slice from one end to the other, ensuring the filling stays inside. Repeat this process until all turkey slices are rolled.

          For an extra touch of flavor, sprinkle some fresh dill or parsley on the outside of the rolls.

            Cut each roll-up in half at a diagonal and arrange on a serving plate.
