Ingredients

1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 cup panko breadcrumbs

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 teaspoons garlic powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to heat preference)

Salt and black pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a mixing bowl, combine the panko breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to combine.

In another bowl, toss the shrimp with the olive oil until they’re evenly coated.

Dredge each shrimp in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing lightly to ensure they stick well. Place the coated shrimp onto the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the shrimp are golden brown and crispy. Make sure to flip them halfway through to ensure even cooking.

Once baked, remove from the oven and let cool for a minute. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side for squeezing over.
