1 ripe mango, peeled and diced

1 cup dragon fruit (pitaya), peeled and diced

1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 3-4 lemons)

1/4 cup honey or agave syrup (adjust for sweetness)

4 cups cold water

1 cup ice cubes

Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Lemon slices for garnish

Instructions
 

In a blender, combine the diced mango and dragon fruit. Blend until smooth.

    In a large pitcher, mix together the blended fruit puree, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and honey or agave syrup until well combined.
