Ingredients

12 large jumbo pasta shells

1 cup cooked chicken, shredded

1 cup cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 cup ricotta cheese

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup spinach, chopped

1 garlic clove, minced

1 tsp Italian seasoning

1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

2 cups marinara sauce

Fresh basil leaves, for garnish

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside to cool.

      Prepare the Filling:

        - In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cooked shrimp, ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, chopped spinach, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and pepper. Mix well until everything is thoroughly combined.

Stuff the Shells: Take the cooled jumbo shells and carefully stuff each one with the filling mixture, using a spoon to pack it in generously.

            Arrange in Baking Dish:

              - Spread 1 cup of marinara sauce on the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish. Arrange the stuffed shells in a single layer on top of the sauce.

Add More Sauce: Pour the remaining marinara sauce over the stuffed shells. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top.

Bake: Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbling and golden.

Garnish and Serve: Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, and garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
