Ingredients
  

4 white fish fillets (e.g., cod or tilapia)

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 lemons (1 sliced, 1 juiced)

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon dried thyme

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/2 cup black olives (Kalamata), pitted and sliced

Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

    In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.

      Place the fish fillets in a baking dish. Pour the prepared marinade over the fish, ensuring they are well coated. Allow marinating for about 15 minutes.

        Arrange the lemon slices, cherry tomatoes, and black olives around the fish in the baking dish.

          Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

            Remove from the oven and garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
