1 large pre-made pizza crust (or 2 smaller ones)

1 cup refried beans

1 cup shredded cheese (Mexican blend or cheddar)

1/2 cup salsa

1 medium tomato, diced

1/2 cup corn (canned or frozen)

1/2 cup black olives, sliced

1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped

1 jalapeño, sliced (optional for spice)

1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

1 avocado, sliced (for topping)

1 teaspoon taco seasoning

Sour cream (for serving)

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

    Place the pizza crust on a baking sheet or pizza stone.

      Spread an even layer of refried beans over the crust, leaving a small border around the edges.

        Top the beans with a generous sprinkle of shredded cheese.

          Drizzle the salsa over the cheese, ensuring it covers the surface evenly.

            Evenly distribute the diced tomato, corn, black olives, and red onion on top.

              Sprinkle the taco seasoning over all the toppings, and add fresh jalapeño slices if you want extra heat.

                Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

                  Remove from the oven and let it cool for a minute. Top with fresh cilantro and avocado slices just before serving.

                    Slice the pizza and serve with a dollop of sour cream on the side.
