1 lb ground beef

4 slices of bacon, chopped

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup breadcrumbs

1/4 cup finely chopped onion

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper

12 mini slider buns

Lettuce leaves (for garnish)

Dil pickle slices (for garnish)

Ketchup and mustard (for serving)

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

    Cook the Bacon: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the chopped bacon until crispy. Remove from heat and drain on paper towels to remove excess fat.

      Mix the Beef: In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, cooked bacon, cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined but do not overwork the meat.

        Shape the Bites: Form the mixture into small patties, about the size of your mini slider buns. You should get approximately 12 patties.

          Bake the Patties: Place the patties on the prepared baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the patties are fully cooked and reach an internal temperature of 160°F (70°C).

            Assemble the Bites: Once done, remove the patties from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes. Slice the mini buns in half, place a patty on the bottom half of each bun, and top with a pickle slice, a lettuce leaf, and your choice of ketchup or mustard. Place the top half of the bun on each slider.

              Serve: Serve warm with any extra condiments on the side.
