Ingredients
  

1 lb ground beef (80/20 for juiciness)

4 oz beef bacon, chopped

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup finely chopped onion

1 clove garlic, minced

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon black pepper

Salt to taste

12 mini burger buns

Pickles for garnish

Ketchup and mustard for serving

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Cook the Bacon: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the chopped beef bacon until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels, leaving the rendered fat in the pan.

      Prepare the Beef Mixture: In the same skillet with the bacon fat, sauté the finely chopped onion and minced garlic until softened (about 3 minutes).

        Combine Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, cooked bacon, sautéed onions and garlic, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, and salt. Mix until just combined.

          Form the Patties: Divide the mixture into 12 equal portions and shape each into a mini patty.

            Cook the Patties: Place the patties on the prepared baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, remove the baking sheet and sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the patties. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

              Assemble the Bites: Slice the mini burger buns in half and place a cheesy patty on the bottom half of each bun. Top with pickles, and if desired, a squirt of ketchup or mustard. Place the top half of the bun on and secure with a toothpick if necessary.

                Serve: Arrange the Mini Beef Bacon Cheeseburger Bites on a serving platter and enjoy!
