Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish

1 tablespoon ketchup

1 tablespoon mustard

1/4 cup shredded lettuce

1/4 cup diced tomatoes

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

12 mini burger buns

Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

Prepare the Beef Mixture: In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until thoroughly combined.

Form Mini Patties: Divide the beef mixture into 12 equal portions and shape them into small patties, slightly thinner than regular burgers to account for shrinkage during cooking.

Cook the Patties: Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the mini patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness. Add a slice of cheddar cheese on top of each patty during the last minute of cooking to melt.

Make the Sauce: In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sweet pickle relish, ketchup, and mustard. Mix well until smooth and creamy.

Assemble the Burgers: Toast the mini burger buns lightly. Spread a generous amount of the sauce on the bottom half of each bun. Place the cheesy mini patties on top. Add shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes before putting the top half of the bun in place.

Garnish and Serve: Sprinkle sesame seeds on top of the buns for a classic touch. Serve the mini burgers warm on a platter.

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 30 minutes | Servings: 12 mini burgers

                - Presentation Tips: Arrange the mini burgers on a colorful platter with a side of extra sauce for dipping. You can also garnish the platter with pickles or potato chips for added crunch and color!
