Ingredients

1 cup fresh dragon fruit, flesh only (pink or white variety)

1 banana, frozen

1/2 cup Greek yogurt (for creaminess)

2 tablespoons Monin Dragon Fruit Syrup

1 cup coconut water (or regular water)

1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional, for added nutrition)

Ice cubes (about 1/2 cup)

Instructions

Start by scooping out the flesh of the fresh dragon fruit. Make sure there are no skin pieces left.

In a blender, combine the dragon fruit flesh, frozen banana, Greek yogurt, Monin Dragon Fruit Syrup, and coconut water.

Add the chia seeds if you're incorporating them for a nutritional boost.

Blend on high speed until all ingredients are smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.

If you prefer a colder or thicker smoothie, add ice cubes to the blender and blend again until your desired consistency is reached.

Taste your smoothie; if you desire it sweeter, you can add another splash of Monin Dragon Fruit Syrup and blend briefly to combine.

Pour the smoothie into glasses. Optionally, you can garnish with slices of fresh dragon fruit or a sprinkle of chia seeds on top.
