Ingredients

1 cup creamy peanut butter

1 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup honey or maple syrup

1/2 cup vanilla protein powder

1/4 cup mini chocolate chips

1/4 cup M&Ms (or similar candy-coated chocolates)

1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut

1/4 cup chopped nuts (e.g., almonds or pecans)

1 tsp vanilla extract

A pinch of salt

Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine the creamy peanut butter and honey (or maple syrup) until smooth and well blended.

Add the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt to the mixture. Stir until fully incorporated.

Gradually add the rolled oats and protein powder, mixing until a thick dough forms.

Fold in the mini chocolate chips, M&Ms, shredded coconut, and chopped nuts until evenly distributed throughout the dough.

Once the mixture is combined, use your hands to roll it into bite-sized balls, about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter.

Place the protein balls on a baking sheet or tray lined with parchment paper.

Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to help them firm up. For longer storage, keep them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week or freeze for longer shelf life.

Prep Time: 10 min | Total Time: 40 min | Servings: 20 balls

                  - Presentation Tips: Arrange the protein balls on a colorful plate or in a mason jar for an appealing display. You can also sprinkle some extra mini chocolate chips or nuts on top for added decoration.
