Ingredients

1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

½ cup unsalted butter, melted

2 tablespoons brown sugar

2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened

¾ cup granulated sugar

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup sour cream

1 cup Moose Munch snack mix (or your favorite caramel popcorn mix)

½ cup chocolate chips, semi-sweet

½ cup toffee bits

Instructions

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).

Prepare Crust: In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and brown sugar until mixed well. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan, ensuring it's compact and even. Bake for 10 minutes, then remove from oven and let cool.

Make the Cheesecake Filling: In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with granulated sugar until smooth and creamy.

Add Eggs: Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract and sour cream until fully incorporated.

Add Mix-ins: Gently fold in the Moose Munch snack mix, chocolate chips, and toffee bits into the cheesecake batter.

Combine Mixtures: Pour the cheesecake filling over the cooled crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set but still slightly jiggly. Turn off the oven and crack the door open, letting the cheesecake cool in the oven for an hour.

Chill: Remove from the oven and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, to fully set.

Serve: Once chilled, run a knife around the edge of the springform pan before removing the sides. Slice into pieces and serve cold.

Prep Time: 25 minutes | Total Time: 5 hours (includes chilling) | Servings: 10-12 slices

                      - Presentation Tips: Drizzle additional melted chocolate and caramel sauce over each slice before serving, and sprinkle some additional Moose Munch on top for added texture and appeal. Enjoy!
