Ingredients

1 lb kielbasa sausage

3 tablespoons Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon honey

1 clove garlic, minced

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 tablespoon olive oil

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Toothpicks (for serving)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Slice the kielbasa into bite-sized pieces, about 1 to 1.5 inches thick. Then, make Hasselback cuts in each piece by slicing halfway through, making 3-4 cuts per piece without cutting all the way through.

In a small bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard, honey, minced garlic, smoked paprika, and olive oil until well combined.

Place the cut kielbasa pieces in a baking dish and brush the mustard mixture generously over each bite, ensuring it seeps into the cuts.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are crispy and golden, basting with the remaining mustard mixture halfway through.

Once baked, remove from the oven and let cool for a couple of minutes.

Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.

Secure each bite with a toothpick for easy handling and serve warm.
